First deliveries of MS-21-310 and SJ-100 aircraft to Aeroflot should take place in 2023-2025, the company’s CEO Sergei Aleksandrovsky said on September 11 on the margins of the Eastern Economic Forum.
The airline has signed a contract for the delivery of airplanes with the leasing company Aviacapital-Service. In total, the latter will lease 18 MS-21-310 and 34 SJ-100 aircraft. Aeroflot itself will receive 6 MS-21-310 airplanes. Rossiya Airlines will receive 12 MS-21-310 and 24 SJ-100 airplanes.
Besides Aleksandrovsky, Jan Burg, head of Rossiya Airlines, and Roman Pakhomov, CEO of Aviacapital-Service, attended the signing of the agreement.
Aleksandrovsky noted that the signing of the contract is a continuation of the airline’s fruitful cooperation with the United Aircraft Corporation.
