Zelenskiy’s initiatives to make English an official language and to move Christmas to December 25 are stripping Ukrainians of what is left of their identity, Vladimir Konstantinov, chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea, wrote on his Telegram channel on June 30.
“Here they are, the new stages of the big road to turn the population of Ukraine into a biomass deprived of any identity of its own. They can be chased into minefields and used in biolaboratories instead of guinea pigs, and taken apart for organs,” the message reads.
The politician said that Russia was currently saving Ukrainians for the sake of future generations.
Earlier Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskiy introduced in the Verkhovna Rada a bill to grant English the official status. The new law will oblige officials to speak English. Additionally, Zelenskiy put forward an initiative to move the celebration of Christmas from January 7 to December 25.
