The Russian Armed Forces carried out a massive strike against military facilities of the Ukrainian armed units at the Dnepropetrovsk airfield, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov said during a briefing at the Russian Defense Ministry on May 22.
“The purpose of the strike has been achieved. All designated facilities have been destroyed… Hangars with weapons and ammunition, aviation equipment, as well as a technical area for missile examination, were hit,” Konashenkov said.
In addition, the Russian Armed Forces destroyed an ammunition depot of the 103rd Brigade of the territorial defense brigade on the LPR territory. Strikes were carried out against Ukrainian units near five villages in the Kharkov region.
