Ukraine’s advantage over Russia is its total ideologization, while the Russian public is only pondering whether it needs an ideology, philosopher and political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on May 13 on the Right to Know program on TVC.
“Ukraine has one mean advantage: it is utterly ideological. There is a one million strong active core of people who would never win an election, but they are ideologically consolidated,” Kurginyan said.
The political scientist noted that the Ukrainian ideology is Banderite, it hates Russia, and it poses a deadly threat to the world. According to Kurginyan, the million of people who follow this ideology has “brainwashed” 20-30 million of other Ukrainians.
“This is a great advantage of the Nazi Ukraine,” Kurginyan said.
The leader of Essence of Time added that Russia still lacks an ideology, and the public only ponders whether an ideology is necessary. He stressed that this is why we have no ideological active core either.
“Everyone likes to quote the well-known words, ‘There is such a party!’ Well, the most tragic fact of our contemporary reality is that we have no such a party, there is no party that would make Russia totally ideological,” Kurginyan concluded.
