Kurginyan: The West feels it is powerful, this is why it violates agreements

20.05.2023, Moscow.

All the international treaties are being violated, because the West feels that it is powerful and that it can do so, philosopher and political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on May 12 on the program Conversation with a Sage on the Zvezda radio station.

What is Larvov saying? ‘No one allowed the Western minority to speak on behalf of the whole humanity.‘ But will the Western minority ask any permission from humanity to speak on its behalf? Will the Western minority say, ‘Dear humanity, will you allow me, the Western minority, to speak on your behalf?’ The Western minority will say, ‘I am speaking on behalf of the humanity, and this goddamn humanity must swallow it and shut up,’” Kurginyan comments the foreign minister’s statement.

Who cares what they promised you?! An effective multilateralism… We promised it, and we have dismantled it, and it is gone now, and it must not exist! Kurginyan explained.

Lavrov seized this beast’s tail and he says that it violated its promises, but the beast replies, ‘I do not really care what I promised,’ the political scientist added.

According to Kurginyan, the West was ready to negotiate with the Soviet Union and make certain concessions at the Yalta and the Potsdam talks, because the Soviet Union had defeated fascism and because it was strong and powerful.

The beast gave us something according to the Yalta and Potsdam agreements, because we had inflicted such damage on its lauded Nazism that it became clear that we were more powerful than anyone else, so the beast could not avoid giving us something, and therefore it was wriggling and giving us not exactly what we wanted, but ultimately it had to divide the world with us, and it made us take not only China, but also, despite the fact that Churchill begged Roosevelt not to include India, but Roosevelt said, ‘No, we must make them take it, too.’ That was the idea. That was what the beast was doing, Kurginyan reminded.

It (the beast – Rossa Primavera News Agency) was negotiating with a tremendous power, the Stalin’s Soviet Union, which kept rolling forward taking Berlin, and it was clear that after another several months it would reach Madrid as fast as the tanks can move, the political scientist concluded.
