The Ukrainian armed units attacked villages bordering Ukraine in the Valuy district of the Belgorod region in Russia with incendiary shells. Regnum news agency wrote this on May 16.
In the vicinity of the village of Nizhniye Melnitsy in the Valuy district of the Belgorod region, 12 122mm incendiary ammunition exploded. According to the agency, the incendiary shells were fired from Kamenka village in the Kupyansk district of the Kharkov region, which is temporarily under the control of the Ukrainian armed units. The village is eight kilometers from the border.
Before the attack with incendiary ammunition, the Ukrainian troops fired Grad multiple rockets at the villages of Nizhniye Melnytsi and Staryi Khutor.
