The explosion in the village of Olkhovatka in Novooskolsk district was most likely the result of an overnight attack by a Ukrainian drone on May 10, according to Belgorod Region governor Vyacheslav Gladkov’s post in the social network VKontakte.
“Two residential buildings, a library, a post office, a FAP, and one car were damaged. We will continue the morning inspection,” the message reads.
The governor promised to start restoration work as early as today.
