US Senate catches Credit Suisse servicing Nazi-linked accounts until 2020

19.04.2023, Donetsk.

The Swiss bank Credit Suisse serviced the accounts of high-ranking German Nazis until 2020, the US Senate Committee came to this conclusion following an investigation. The investigation was published on April 18 on the official website.

“Multiple reports shine a new light on Credit Suisse’s historical servicing of Nazi clients and Nazi-linked accounts, which in some cases continued until as recently as 2020,” the US Senate claimed in a statement.

According to the committee’s members, there are almost 100 previously undisclosed Nazi-linked. The released information raises “new questions about the bank’s potential support for Nazis fleeing justice following World War II via so-called ‘Ratlines’.”
