The aim of Ukrainian President Zelensky’s trip to Warsaw is to prepare negotiations with Russia on the settlement of the conflict, former Polish Army chief Waldemar Skrzypczak shared his opinion with Rzeczpospolita on April 5.
Zelensky needs political support in the negotiation process, says the general. The moment is approaching when the conflict will have to be ended politically.
This is Zielensky’s first official visit to Warsaw at the invitation of Polish President Andrzej Duda.
