An explosion occurred in a cafe on Universitetskaya Naberezhnaya, which killed military reporter Vladlen Tatarsky and injured 15 other people, TASS informed on April 2 referring to the emergency services.
“An explosion rocked a cafe ‘Street Bar’ at 25 Universitetskaya Embankment … At the moment it is established that 15 people were injured, one died,” emergency services told the agency. According to TASS, the deceased was war correspondent Tatarsky.
