Polls confirm Italians’ dissatisfaction with NATO’s military support for Ukraine

28.01.2023, Rome.

NATO’s military support for Ukraine is causing discontent among Italian residents, La Stampa wrote on January 28.

The newspaper cited polls conducted among residents of the Apennines, which showed that the majority of Italians resent the sending of weapons by the Western coalition in the zone of Russia’s special military operation.

The newspaper specified that the number of Italians who expressed negatively on this issue, taking part in the survey, corresponds to 58%.

The Western coalition countries, primarily members of the NATO bloc, are actively supplying the Kiev regime with various types of weapons.

In addition, non-NATO countries, such as Morocco, are also under pressure to supply military equipment to Ukraine.
