Brazil responded to a request by Germany to transfer shells for tanks, the Folha de S. Paulo newspaper wrote on January 27.
President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva denied a request from the German government for Brazil to supply tank ammunition. Brazil fears that the shells transferred to Germany will reach Ukraine.
