The Russian Armed Forces liberated the Dvurechye village in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), the Defense Ministry’s press service reported on January 21.
“In the Donetsk direction, volunteers of assault squads with the fire support of operational and tactical and army aviation, rocket troops and artillery of the Southern Military District liberated the Dvurechye village of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the statement reads.
The Defence Ministry also reported that the Russian Armed Forces had taken better positions in the Zaporozhye direction as a result of the offensive by units of the Eastern Military District.
