Kiev receives loan of €100 Million from France

France has provided a preferential loan of €100 Million to the Neo-Nazi regime in Kiev.  The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine stating this on its official website on December 13.

According to the report, “Ukraine has received a loan of 100 million Euros on preferential terms from the French Development Agency.” It is clarified that since the beginning of the special operation on the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, France has provided $432 million to the Neo-Nazis.

The adviser to the President of Ukraine on Economic issues, Oleg Ustenko, stated earlier that Kiev ends 2022 with a budget deficit of $50 billion, that is, 30-35% of Ukraine’s GDP.

According to Ukrainian Finance Minister, Sergey Marenko, the budget is losing $5 billion every month. Two-thirds of the budget of Ukraine is filled by their external loans and grants.  Three quarters of the budget expenditures are spent on military needs.
