Polish expert notes that the current situation in Ukraine is a “historical paradox”

Aid to Ukraine reduces the living standards of Western citizens to an unacceptable level, the Polish newspaper Myśl Polska wrote on December 4.

Expert Witold Modzelewski noted that seven months since the start of the special operation resulted in the collapse of the Ukrainian economy. According to him, neither censorship, nor any appeals and shouting will help to hide this.

He also stressed that Ukraine’s defense is completely dependent on Western supplies. He believes that “this is the greatest historical paradox that has no precedent so far.” Modzelewski explained that previous conflicts had been fought with its own force but with separate components of foreign aid.

He recalled how American aid to Britain during World War II then led to the collapse of the British Empire and the collapse of London’s former role and position.

He believes that the West is counting in vain on a weakening of power in Russia and its possible collapse.

On February 24, Russia began a special operation to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine. This was in response to Kiev’s intensified genocide of the population of the DPR and LPR. Europe and the US supported the Ukrainian Nazi junta in every possible way and imposed ever tougher sanctions against Russia.
