Kurginyan explains how to ruin plans for a controlled conflict in Ukraine

What has been taking place in Ukraine since 2014 fully fits into a planed strategy of a controlled conflict culminating with the use of nuclear weapons. Such strategy was developed in the US for the European theater of potential military action back in the 1950s, said philosopher, political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on October 26 during the Evening with Vladimir Solovyov TV program on the Russia One channel.

It is vitally important for Russia and the humanity to break this algorithm.

Several well informed people, including John Edwin Mroz, the late president of the EastWest Institute (EWI), and Flora Lewis, an American journalist, mentioned in private conversations, back in the 1990s, that the US would resort to nuclear war in Europe if a dangerous rapprochement between Russia and Europe, and specifically Germany, takes place, because then a dangerous competitor to the US is formed, possessing both resources and technologies, said Kurginyan.

This is not about random emotional statements, but about a specific plan for escalation in Europe, which has existed since the early 1950s, stressed the political scientist. It has been constantly updated and now contains 44 steps towards escalation. Previously, they tried to use it during the “Prague Spring” in Czechoslovakia, as well as during the Polish crisis of 1981, but then it was stopped with a show of strength.

At the same time, the US can afford a lot, including provocations with the accusation of the other side of what they do themselves. Kurginyan recalled the confession the former chief of the CIA’s Directorate of Intelligence Ray Cline made before his death. He confirmed that the US has a rule according to which the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) can, for example, blow up a plane with American citizens on board if this helps to turn any global processes in the direction the US needs.

“These 44 steps are real, 13 or 14 of them have already been taken. They begin with sizable provocations in a medium size country – the Maidan protest. Then, completely unacceptable actions towards the local population, including Russians, start to take place; then, this escalation comes to an internal conflict; then, someone gets involved in this conflict; then, it comes to the use of tactical nuclear weapons; then, it develops further. And it’s called conflict management,” said Kurginyan.

He stressed that the conflict in Ukraine follows this pattern exactly. And this means that if steps 15, 16, 17 from the conflict escalation plan have already been made, then it is not difficult to predict what the remaining 26 will be if Russia acts within this algorithm.

If Russia fails to break this algorithm, it will reach the end, and neither our country nor humanity needs this. Sergey Kurginyan is convinced that the only way to resist such a plan for a controlled conflict is force. The use of force is what stopped it from coming to fruition in 1968 in Czechoslovakia and in 1981 in Poland, stressed the philosopher.
