Russian Foreign Ministry: Russia suspends its participation in grain deal because of Ukraine’s attack on Sevastopol
Moscow decided to suspend the grain deal for an unspecified period of time in connection with the terrorist attack on the Russian base in Sevastopol, which was carried out by the Ukrainian armed units under the command of British consultants, a statement released by the Russian Foreign Ministry reads on October 29.
