11.09.2022, Lugansk.

Cases of purges and reprisals against civilians by Ukrainian punitive forces have been reported in the Kharkov region, LPR head Leonid Pasechnik said on September 11, TASS reported.

The LPR head said that the Ukrainian authorities once again showed their neo-Nazi essence.

“Everyone who cooperated with the Russian authorities in terms of providing normal standards of life of people, including medical assistance, education of children, gas, water and electricity supply, is subjected to reprisals and punishment,” Leonid Pasechnik said.

The LPR head said that people who simply took Russian humanitarian aid to survive were under threat of reprisals from Ukrainian Nazis.

On September 10, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, official representative of the Ministry of Defense, reported on the regrouping of Russian troops in the Kharkov region, during which Russian troops left towns in the Kharkov region and villages that were previously under their control.
