Ukrainian nationalists filled Plaza de España in Madrid after the end of the Immortal Regiment procession on May 8, a Rossa Primavera News Agency correspondent reports.

It was the seventh time this year that the Immortal Regiment marched in the center of Madrid. The march took place against the background of provocations of Ukrainian nationalists due to the special operation of demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine.

They tried to wedge themselves into the procession and shouted neo-Nazi slogans such as “Glory to Ukraine” and “Ukraine above all”. There were many young people among the provocateurs. Spanish police officers and Spanish anti-fascist activists helped to keep the procession from provocation.

After the Immortal Regiment procession ended and the participants of the rally went away, the Ukrainian nationalists gathered in another part of the center of the capital of Madrid – on Plaza de España. They carried flags of the Right Sector (organization banned in the Russian Federation) and Nazi symbols.
