DAN: 167 towns and villages in the DPR liberated from Kiev occupants

During a special military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, 167 towns and villages were liberated from Kiev’s occupation, the press service of the Republic’s Territorial Defense Headquarters informed on April 20, the Donetsk News Agency (DAN) reported.

The press service reported that “as of April 20, 2022, a grouping of DPR troops on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, with fire support from the Russian Armed Forces, had liberated and established full control over 167 towns and villages.”

According to the press service, in the Velikonovoselkovsky district of the DPR, the villages of Rovnopol, Novosyolka, Makarovka and Storozhevoye were liberated, in the Volnovakha district the town of Novoandreyevka, the village of Stepnoye and the town of Kropivnitskoye were liberated.

On February 24, the Russian Armed Forces launched a special military operation to demilitarize and denazify Ukraine.
