Kurginyan explains whether Europe can commit economic suicide

Europe has no sovereignty and will lower its economic performance at the behest of the US, said political scientist, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on April 1 on the Great Game program on Channel One.

It was all about the scenario when Europe would abandon cheap Russian gas and buy more expensive American liquefied natural gas, thus causing European industry to lose competitiveness.

“Do we want to destroy our entire economy with open eyes? And all we have built up over decades? I believe such an experiment would be irresponsible… This could bring the German economy into its worst crisis since the end of World War II”, BASF CEO Martin Brudermüller said.

Kurginyan noted that if Germany is experiencing its worst crisis since the end of World War II, the United States will say, “Thank God!”

According to Kurginyan, in the name of US interests Europe will lower its economic performance, but is unlikely to commit suicide.

“Europe is not sovereign, but can it commit suicide if ordered? Apparently not. Can it significantly lower its economic performance? By how much? For some reason, it can. They can wear sweaters all for the sake of dear old Uncle Sam. But then what?” the political scientist asked.

Kurginyan believes that further Europe will begin to change, and the current political forces will be replaced by others.

In response to the imposition of LGBT ideology and the migration waves sent to Europe, European countries have noticeably been becoming more “right”. In European countries, right-wing and far-right parties have been gaining strength.
