31.03.2022, Moscow.

Ukraine has become a testing ground for Germany’s biological program, this follows from the documents made available to the Russian Defense Ministry, Russia’s representative to the UN Office in Geneva Gennady Gatilov said on March 31 during a plenary session of the Conference on Disarmament.

Geneva Gennady noted that “Germany was also implementing its own military-biological programme in Ukraine.”

Germany’s biological programme was aimed at studying a potential of deadly diseases in Eastern Europe. In particular, pathogens of Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever were investigated, said Gatilov.

The programme was financed by the Foreign Ministry of Germany and the Bundeswehr. The program itself, which is carried out in secrecy from the world community, poses the same threat as biological experiments of the US, the diplomat said.

According to the documents made public, thirty biological laboratories were operating on the territory of Ukraine, where the US was conducting research on the development of biological weapons. Migratory birds, among others, were considered as potential carriers of biological weapons.

According to the new package of documents, within the framework of this programme the Ukrainian company Motor Sich requested the Turkish drone manufacturer Bayraktar to install on it a twenty-liter container for the delivery of liquid to a distance of 300 kilometers for the purpose of spraying.
