Kurginyan: Anglo-Saxons would rather bury the world than give up power

The Anglo-Saxons would rather bury the world than give up their power, said philosopher, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on March 16 on The Great Game program on Channel One.

“An Anglo-Saxon, especially when he is losing power, becomes extremely fierce. He will not give up his power, he would rather bury the whole world than give his power away,” the leader of Essence of Time said. According to Kurginyan, the West has become furious because the power is slipping through its fingers, and it wants to find a way to keep it.

According to Kurginyan, the president of Russia in his statements at the meeting with the officials and leaders of the regional administrations has “crossed the Rubicon,” and he showed that the USA does not dominate on the globe any longer. But then the USA and the UK, the Anglo-Saxon world, has to show that they still dominate.

“This is why we can see that the West has gone into such a frenzy towards the special operation in Ukraine. This is not something insignificant. They feel that something is slipping through their fingers, a feast of disobedience [begins],” the political scientist explained. He added that the West has already accepted the surrender of the Soviet Russia in the Cold War in 1991, and it believed that it had divided the historical Russia when Yeltsin, Shushkevich, and Kravchuk signed the Belovezhye Accords.

Suddenly the USA and Britain find Russia returning to Ukraine, which they perceived as a sign of the restoration of the empire. According to Kurginyan, Polish-born Zbigniew Brzeziński, when he was alive, warned against Russia’s return to Ukraine, because he believed that the Russians will then start restoring their empire.

“This is why the clash in Ukraine is very acute, and it is a trigger for the entire global process,” the political scientist said. He added that all the countries and peoples are waiting for someone to say that the emperor has no clothes. Or for someone to say, “Stop ordering us around like that!”

According to Kurginyan, the one who will say this will take new risk and get new opportunities.

On March 16, President of Russia Vladimir Putin addressed the members of the government and the regional leaders. In his speech, Putin explained the necessity of the special military operation in Ukraine.

According to the president, the West was pushing Kiev towards a clash with Russia through preparing it to the war, building laboratories for biological weapons, and providing assistance in the development of the nuclear bomb.
