Rossa Primavera News Agency publishes a summary of events in Ukraine on March 15 (5:00 p.m.).

A total of 16 air targets were shot down by the aviation and air defense systems of the Russian Air Force over the past 24 hours: one Su-24 and Su-25 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force, one Mi-8 helicopter and thirteen Ukrainian UAVs, including six Bayraktar TB-2s.

Tactical, army and unmanned aerial vehicles hit 136 Ukrainian military targets, including seven command posts and communication centers, four surface-to-air missile systems, three multiple rocket launchers, four radar stations for reconnaissance, target detection and guidance of the S-300 surface-to-air missile system, one electronic warfare station, four ammunition depots and 72 ammunition accumulation sites.

Three hangars with four Ukrainian Su-25 attack aircraft, one Mi-24 helicopter and five Mi-8 helicopters were destroyed at a military airfield near Kramatorsk.

A total of 156 unmanned aerial vehicles, 1,306 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 127 multiple rocket launchers, 471 field artillery guns and mortars, and 1,054 pieces of special military vehicles have been destroyed since the start of the special military operation.

A missile strike was launched against the airport in Dnepropetrovsk. The runway was destroyed.

Kiev direction

In Kiev, a missile strike destroyed the Artyom military plant, and the facade of Lukyanovskaya metro station was hit by an explosion.

On the evening of March 14, units of Russian airborne troops seized a stronghold of nationalists and foreign mercenaries near the village of Guta Mezhigorskaya (12 km northeast of Gostomel). Russian paratroopers seized 10 US-made Javelin anti-tank missile systems and a number of other weapons supplied by Western countries to Ukraine.

Kharkov direction

Fortifications and strategic targets in Kharkov came under fire.

The Ukrainian army and the territorial defense battalions block the streets with civilian vehicles.

Zaporozhzhye direction

In Zaporozhzhye, units of the Ukrainian army and territorial defense battalions are actively setting up positions in the city’s residential areas. Armed men are fortifying the windows of buildings with sandbags and bringing weapons and ammunition inside.

South direction

The Russian Armed Forces have taken full control of the entire Kherson region.

Overnight, a monument to Soviet Heroes who defended the city from German invaders was demolished in Odessa under Bandera Nazis control.

Liberation of the LPR and DPR

The Russian Defense Ministry states that a group of DPR troops, continuing their offensive, broke through the Ukrainian nationalists’ defenses, took control of the settlement of Panteleymonovka and reached the Verkhnetoretskoye – Novoselovka Second line.

Residents of Mirny, Granitnoye and Staroignatievka of the Telmanovsky district addressed the DPR defense headquarters. They explained that on February 20, 2022 (before DPR forces liberated these villages) they sent their children to the recreation camp in Svyatogorsk. According to the residents, during a telephone conversation today, the children reported that they had been transported to Slavyansk and were planning to be “evacuated” today to an unknown destination. The residents demand the immediate return of the children home to their parents and call on the world community to condemn the actions of the criminal Kiev regime.

Mariupol

Russian troops were able to break through the defense of the Ukrainian army and the Azov nationalist battalions (organization banned in the Russian Federation) on their western flank and reached at least the regional intensive care hospital at Troitskaya Street 48.

The evacuation of civilians began. Two thousand passenger cars left Mariupol in the direction of Zaporozhzhye. Another two thousand cars stand at the exit from the city.

Pyotr Andryushchenko, adviser to the mayor of Mariupol, said that the number of civilians killed in the city reaches 20 thousand. He said that the previous figures of the mayor’s office (previously the city council claimed 2,187 dead) do not correspond to reality.

Volnovakha

The housing stock in Volnovakha liberated from the Ukrainian army and the Nazis was 85% damaged. It makes no sense to restore many facilities, but to build new ones. All of the 19 social facilities were damaged: hospitals, kindergartens, schools, and the cultural center.

Employees of the DPR Interior Ministry began to establish law enforcement in Volnovakha. Employees of the former Ukrainian police department in Volnovakha have expressed their desire to continue performing their duties. They will serve under the jurisdiction of the DPR Interior Ministry.

The LPR

The mopping-up of Rubezhnoye is underway. According to local residents, districts 7 and 8 are taken under control.

The situation in the republics

Residents of the city and officials carry flowers and icon lamps to the place of death of people killed as a result of attack using Tochka-U. Mourning has been declared in the republic.

Fifteen buildings, including residential houses, stores, gas pipelines were damaged the day before in Donetsk within the radius of falling parts of the downed “Tochka-U” over the city. The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic reported this today.

The DPR authorities appealed to the Russian Defense Ministry for assistance in order to prevent cases of rocket attacks on the republic like the one that happened on Monday.

The first deputy minister of information of the DPR appealed to the management of the Central Bank of Russia to simplify bureaucracy and formalism in the bank. Queues appear on the street, both at the central branch and at other branches. Yesterday, people lost their lives waiting in line at one of the branches in the street, even though there was room indoors. In the same way, the management of the Central Regional Hospital demands the signatures of the heads of enterprises or individual entrepreneurs who were mobilized and who are currently on the front line.

The Ukrainian army continues intensive shelling of the republics.

According to updated information, weapons were used on the territory of the DPR on March 14:

Gorlovka direction: tank – 10 shells, artillery 122 mm – 117 shells, mortar 120 mm – 45 mines, small arms – 1 round.

Donetsk direction: Tochka-U – 1 rocket, tank – 4 shells, artillery 122 mm – 79 shells, mortar 120 mm – 53 mines, mortar 82 mm – 9 mines.

Over the past 24 hours, 21 civilians were killed and 43 civilians were wounded, eight of them from territories previously liberated by the DPR People’s Militia.

Seventeen residential buildings in Donetsk, Yasinovataya and Gorliovka, as well as 13 civilian infrastructure facilities, were damaged.

In the morning, there were reports of three men injured in previously liberated DPR territories.

On March 15, Donetsk (Petrovsky and Kirovsky districts), Yasinovataya, Panteleimonovka, Mikhailovka, Krasny Partizan, Yelenovka, Kremenets, Zaitsevo, and Golmovsky were shelled.

A man and three women were wounded in previously liberated territories.

Donetsk

A ventilation shaft at the Skochinnsky mine was disabled as a result of shelling by the Ukrainian army. Eighty miners remained underground. Repair and recovery operations are underway.

As a result of the shelling of the Petrovsky district, 29 transformer substations were disconnected. More than 1,200 customers in Aleksandrovka and Kremenets settlement are without electricity.

Gorlovka

As a result of the shelling of Gorlovka, Kirov village (Nikitov district), a direct hit of a shell to the roof of an apartment building was reported. There were no casualties. Also, Ukrainian armed units opened fire at the outskirts of the village of Mine 6/7 near Gorlovka using all types of weapons at their disposal.

Due to the critical situation created by the increased shelling, the Gorlovka-Yasinovataya road was temporarily closed.

Yasinovataya was under prolonged shelling.

Apartment and private houses, bus station, stores were damaged.

The building of water pumping station #3 in Yasinovataya was damaged.

Two 6kV cable-air lines were disconnected, 19 transformer substations and 2 boiler houses were de-energized. More than 3,500 customers are without electricity.

The facilities of Yasinovataya fire and rescue crew was damaged. There were no casualties among the personnel.

The railway station building and the railway track were damaged.

As a result of a direct hit by a Ukrainian shell on a private house on Krasny Oktyabr Street, a 85-years-old woman was killed.

A 32-years-old woman in Yasinovataya was wounded by shelling.

Houses and gas pipelines were damaged in Verkhnetoretskoye village.

In the village of Krasny Partizan, a gas pipeline was damaged, and fire broke out.

The village of Vasilievka was de-energized.

The LPR

In the LPR, Berezovskoye, Kirovsk, Frunze, Donetskoye, Kalinovo and Golubovskoye were shelled.

As a result of artillery shelling in Frunze, a 31-years-old man was killed and one house was destroyed.

A house was destroyed in Golubovskoye village.

Political situation

The Belarusian parliament ratified the agreement with Russia on the deployment of two military facilities: the missile warning system node in Baranovichi and the naval radio station in Vileika. The treaty was signed for 25 years.
