The Russian Defense Ministry has addressed to Ukrainian citizens working at Ukrainian defense industry enterprises to leave these enterprises, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said at a briefing in Moscow on March 14.

Konashenkov said that the Defense Ministry also addressed the same appeal to residents of houses located in the vicinity of these enterprises.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman, the Russian Defense Ministry decided in response to the attack on the city of Donetsk by Kiev’s militants using a Ukrainian Tochka-U tactical missile with cluster munition to take “prompt measures to put out of action Ukrainian defense industrial complex enterprises that manufacture, repair and restore weapons, which the nationalists use to commit war crimes.”

On March 14, Kiev’s punitive forces fired a Tochka-U tactical missile equipped with a cluster warhead at the city center of Donetsk. The missile was shot down, but more than twenty civilians of the city of Donetsk were killed as a result of the dispersion of its fragments.
