Zakharova called on Western capitals, which “are delivering all these weapons to Ukraine, primarily Washington, as well as Berlin and Paris as the Normandy format participants” to stop encouraging the militarization of the country, and to use its influence to return Kiev to the path of achieving lasting peace in Donbass by political and diplomatic means.
