"You set it off" – Kurginyan explains why the coronavirus mutates

The coronavirus is mutating increasingly due to selective pressure from mass vaccination against it, said philosopher, political scientist, analyst, the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan in “The Meaning of the Game” broadcast published on October 15 on the movement’s official channel.

Usually, the virus experiences only one selective pressure – the need to spread as widely as possible in the human population, noted the analyst. In order for this to take place, people – carriers of the virus must communicate extensively, move around, spreading the virus, but they must not be “bedridden“.

The virus does not need a person lying in the hospital on a ventilator,” noted Kurginyan; therefore, under normal conditions, a virus that wants to thrive weakens its effect on the body.

Supermassive vaccination against the coronavirus creates another – artificial – selective pressure.

This virus needs not to weaken in order to spread more widely, but to escape from the danger posed by the vaccine, which also becomes a selective pressure. And it starts to escape, by accumulating mutations. And if it is an RNA virus, then it accumulates mutations exceptionally quickly,” explained the expert.

Virus mutations can lead to a very dangerous effect – antibody-dependent enhancement of disease. The society is bewildered: “Why are these mutations getting stronger and stronger? Why is it acting so crazy? “

“It’s acting so crazy because you drove it mad,” stated Sergey Kurginyan, the leader of the Essence of Time movement.

Antibody-dependent enhancement means the virus becomes stronger when it interacts with antibodies produced by the vaccine. As a result, the virus acquires the ability to infect human immune cells, which were not previously susceptible to it.

When an organism meets a pathogen for the first time, it develops specific antibodies against it; this phenomenon is called original antigenic sin, or antigenic imprinting. When an antigen is mutated, the organism releases antibodies to the original pathogen that have not been modified, which significantly reduces the effectiveness of vaccines.

In the extreme, this leads to antibody-dependent enhancement of disease: antibodies become so ineffective that, instead of neutralizing the pathogen, they allow it to infect cells of the immune system, and this greatly complicates the course of the disease.
