The Ukrainian army shelled the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) with mortars, the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination in Donetsk informed on September 13.
“From 7.01 till 7.10 a.m., shelling by Ukrainian armed units in the direction of Ozeryanovka and Vasilievka villages was reported,” a representative of the center said.
According to him, the Ukrainian military fired at least 15 82mm mortar shells mines. Also, the Ukrainian army fired 12 times with BMP infantry fighting vehicle main guns. No casualties or injuries were reported as a result of the shelling.
A day earlier, the Ukrainian army shelled DPR territory four times. At that time, the Ukrainian military used 120mm mortars, 122mm howitzers, as well as BMPs and armored personnel carriers.
