The President of Belarus Aleksandr Lukashenko criticized the actions of the Ukrainian president aimed at destabilizing the situation in Belarus at a meeting with journalists on August 9.
“Okay, you ran after the West [Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky – Rossa Primavera News Agency editorial], you don’t care about anything, but why are you training fighters on the territory of Ukraine and sending weapons to us here?” Lukashenko said.
The Belarusian president stressed that the main arms traffic came from Ukraine, which is now blocked.
“Why are you doing this, don’t you that the nations are neighbors, they are native people?” Lukashenko addressed his words to the authorities of Ukraine.
Lukashenko said that the special services of Belarus voiced their awareness in the media about the official bodies of Ukraine organizing arms supplies to Belarus.
