The Ukrainian military shelled Two villages in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), a DPR representative to the Joint Centre for Ceasefire Control and Coordination (JCCCC) said to reporters on July 1.
According to the information provided, 24 mortar shells were fired at two villages in southern DPR.
“There was recorded shelling by Ukrainian armed units on the directions: Lebedinskoye (under Kiev’s control) – Sakhanka, 12 120mm mortar shells were fired; Vodyanoye (under Kiev’s control) – Zaychenko, 12 120mm mortar shells were fired,” the DPR representative said.
The DPR reported that in the morning of July 1, the Ukrainian security forces fired about 40 mortar and artillery shells on Mineralnoye village in the suburbs of Donetsk.
