The United States is building a caliphate in the Middle East in order to strike at China, Russia, and India, political scientist and the leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan said on May 19 on the Evening with Vladimir Solovyov program on the Russia One channel.
Kurginyan said that a new Islamist caliphate is becoming a major factor in modern politics. It is being built with the blessing of the United States of America for multiple purposes.
“The first one is to strike at the Uighurs. The second is to hit us. As well as India, so that life there would not be too easy ,and it wouldn’t develop so rapidly,” the expert said.
According to the political scientist, the creation of a new caliphate is the most important paradigm of the new world order.
Kurginyan believes that the world is being rebuilt in this direction, where a new caliphate will play a great role.
The expert expressed concern that politicians in Russia do not understand the role of Israel as a force opposing the radical Islamism and this new caliphate.
“I will not say whether Israel is good or not, what is the difference? This factor is still stuck in the throat of the caliphatist model,” he added.
Kurginyan recalled what Islamists did in Bosnia, in Osh and Ferghana, and in other places. He also noted that the new caliphate will inevitably claim parts of Russian territory.
“Does Russia understand that the caliphatist model and the Muslim Brotherhood (organization banned in Russia) assume that Tatarstan, Bashkortostan and everything else will be parts of the caliphate? How does Russia want to live with this caliphate? I do not understand,” the analyst said.
The political scientist warned against an oversimplified model of explaining the world — the enemy of my enemy is my friend — that gives reason to some Russian politicians to call for support of Hamas, which declares an anti-American position.
“If we constantly imitate the desire to understand this world in a simple way, then we will find ourselves in a very serious trap. So is it time to start to understand it in a complex way, and really discuss this complexity with people?” the leader of the Essence of Time movement concluded.
