Kurginyan: The West couldn’t care less what to say, just to be at Russia’s throat

The absurdity expressed in the West’s anti-Russian rhetoric speaks not about its weakness but about its deep hatred towards Russia, stated political scientist and leader of the Essence of Time movement Sergey Kurginyan on September 15 on the air of the Evening with Vladimir Solovyov TV program on Russia One channel.

“What is the meaning of this absurdity, the matter of which is ‘Novichok’ and so on? It seems to me that it is going after the Russian soul. That is, it doesn’t even matter what to say anymore – just to be at our throats – that words are completely and utterly irrelevant”, the political scientist stressed.

In Kurginyan’s opinion, the substance of these anti-Russian statements has already receded into the background. Western politicians say anything, the main thing is to express their destructive hatred against Russia, the political scientist thinks.

He also stressed that if earlier one had tried to somehow justify his lies, nothing of this kind is observed now. “All desire to even make the lie look respectable disappears. There is no elegance of form, imitation, mask, pretence – nothing. There is only a naked flow of delirium, which is expressed at the highest level,” Kurginyan noted and emphasized that this is not fully understood in Russia.

According to the political scientist, one should not underestimate the style and content of the statements that Western politicians make. “It can’t just be that, it’s not because of weakness, it’s because of hatred. And something else will follow from this hatred,” Kurginyan concluded.
