The government armed forces captured three militants of the so-called “Syrian National Army” (SNA) on May 9, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source in Syria informs.

“The Syrian army captured three terrorist brothers from Jaysh al-Ahrar (organisation banned in Russia) military group,” the agency’s interlocutor said. He specified that the militants were captured near the town of Saraqib in the east of Idlib.

The group is part of the opposition “Syrian National Army”. It is an association of militant groups, which operate as a “moderate” opposition in Syria.

The association includes about 40,000 fighters. The SNA belongs to the Turkish-backed terrorist groups.
