In Ukraine schoolchildren lay flowers on the Nazi's grave

Ukrainian schoolchildren laid flowers on the grave of Nazi Dmitriy Pelip in Lvov region, Director of the Ukrainian Jewish Committee Eduard Dolinsky wrote on April 23 on his Facebook page.

“Schoolchildren of a school in Rava were brought to lay flowers and light candles on the grave of the Nazi collaborator and war criminal Dmitriy Pelip,” Dolinskiy wrote.

During the Great Patriotic War, Dmitriy Pelip served as an Obersharführer in the Nazi Nachtigal special unit and as a Schutzmann in the 201st Schutzmannschaft auxiliary police battalion. Both units participated in the massacres of Polish and Jewish civilians.
