A school in the village of Alexandrovka, located on Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) territory was shelled by the Ukrainian army, the DPR representative at the Joint Center for Ceasefire Control and Coordination (JCCC) reports on March 1.
According to the message, yesterday, at 22:30, the Ukrainian military shelled the village of Alexandrovka using BMP-2 (an infantry fighting vehicle – Rossa Primavera News Agency). As a result of the shelling, the school glazing on the 4th floor was damaged, the building is located at 171 Lenina Street.
An operational team of the DPR representative at the JCCC recorded consequences of the shelling on the ground. Apart from the school, there were other damaged buildings, located at 190 Shkolinaya Street.
Preliminary information indicates that nobody got injured.
