11.02.2019, Lugansk.

The Ukrainian military violated the ceasefire 8 times over 24 hours, LuganskInformCentr reports on February 10.

The Ukrainian army shelled LPR People’s Militia positions in following villages: Golubovskoe, Donetskiy, Zhelobok, Kalinovo. It utilized anti-tank grenade launchers and missile systems, large-caliber guns, 82 mm mortars and guns installed on armored vehicles.

According to the Minsk agreements, signed in February 2015 and endorsed by the UN Security Council, hostilities in Southeastern Ukraine were supposed to cease. Both parties made a commitment to pull all armored vehicles and large caliber armaments off of the contact line. Ukraine was to implement a constitutional reform with the aim of providing the Donbass Republics with autonomy.

Despite its commitments, the Ukrainian military has been regularly violating the agreed upon ceasefire. As can be seen from the above, it has been utilizing large-caliber armaments, which are not supposed to be deployed in the conflict zone.
