Syrian Democratic Forces commander is killed

One of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) commanders was killed in the north-east of Al-Hasakah in Syria, a Rossa Primavera News Agency source in Syria informs on July 6, 2018.

Unknown assailants set up a bomb, which exploded and killed an SDF member known as Aqid Rojhilat in the town of Amuda in the north-eastern part of Al-Hasakah province.

SDF is an armed coalition of Syrian opposition groups which was founded in 2015. SDF unites Kurdish and Arab militias, as well as Armenian, Turkmen, Assyrian and other groups.

SDF acts in an alliance with the U.S. and France, and challenges the Syrian government.
