Foreign influence on family policies has much more considerable goals than just the demolition of the family; it is a complex threat to Russia’s national security, Doctor of Political Science, active member of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, Vladimir Pavlenko stated on November 29 in the course of hearings conducted at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, Rossa Primavera News Agency reporter says.
In his report, he has made an overview of international documents regulating family relations, analysing for destructive elements embedded into them.
It is the reduction of population that is the true goal of family planning, sex education of children, tolerance ideas, gender equality and same-sex marriages legalisation. And it is openly described in international documents. As one of several examples, he made a quote from the 1972 Club of Rome report which says, “The overwhelming growth in world population caused by the positive birth-rate loop is a recent phenomenon, a result of mankind’s very successful reduction of worldwide mortality. The controlling negative feedback loop has been weakened, allowing the positive loop to operate virtually without constraint. There are only two ways to restore the resulting imbalance, either the birth rate must be brought down to equal the new, lower death rate, or the death rate must rise again.”
The priority of child’s rights over the parents’ rights, the control of families, the widening of criteria for removal of children from families are all processes of the Juvenile Justice system which destroys the institution of the family. “Such approaches confront our country’s historically developed traditions of family upbringing, they are also UN policy and social officials are taking advantage of that fact. As we understand, they do so not by themselves, they receive instructions from above. This is the source of today’s rising tension between government bodies and the parents and it is linked to the precedents of violent removal of children from their blood parents. I think that the processes of the Juvenile Justice system are provoking a country-wide civil war, which progresses in its cold form at the moment but with more pressure on families it could easily go out of control”, Vladimir Pavlenko said.
The hearings on “Foreign influence on family policies as national security threat” were conducted at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation on November 29. In the course of the hearings, public figures had discussions on the foreign influence to the country’s policies; legal entities and natural persons were named for receiving foreign financing for destructive influence on Russia’s family policies and posing a threat to the Russia’s national security. A booklet is planned to be published containing the materials of the public hearings.
