Chemical agents found at the militant’s warehouses are manufactured in the US and Great Britain, said Faisal Mekdad, the Syrian Deputy Foreign Minister at his press-conference on August 16, RIA Novosti News Agency reports.
“All discovered special non-lethal weapons are hand-grenades and rocket-propelled grenades with CS and CN irritating chemical agents… Discovered chemical weapons shown on the slide, were manufactured in the US by the Federal Laboratories company… And toxic agents were produced by the Cherming Defence UK Company (Great Britain) and NonLethal Technologies company (the United States),” Mikdad said. Chemical agents were discovered east of Damascus in cities liberated from terrorists, and in Aleppo.
“So we can confidently say, that the United States and Great Britain, as well as their allies in the region in violation of the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, provide support to the terrorist organizations on the Syrian territory. Terrorists not only receive conventional arms from them, but prohibited poisonous agents as well,” the politician said.
Mikdad also noted that article five of the Convention on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons prohibits usage of irritating toxic agents for war fighting.
The United States and their allies accused Damascus of using chemical weapons for a number of times and by any means denied the possibility of such actions to be carried out by the opposition. Syria removed all its chemical arsenal from the country under the OPCW control, in spite of Syrian government denying its usage.

The UN examines all the data on the usage of chemical weapons but refrains from comments regarding the Damascus’s accusations of the supplying the Islamists with chemical warfare agents by the US and Great Britain, stated the UN representative Farhan Haq in his interview to the RIA Novosti News Agency reporter.
Haq explained that the UN will examine all the allegations of the chemical warfare agents’ usage, but he stressed that such allegations were not submitted so far.

The US and their allies moved from the policy of the covert support of the counter-modernist radical Islamist’s forces to their open military, informational, and other guidance a long time ago. The only international organization with certain mechanisms of calling the insolent gangster to order turns a blind eye the committed crimes.
