China announces new missile test near the Korean peninsula

The Chinese Defense Ministry issued a brief report on testing a new type of guided missile in the Bohai Bay, Agence France-Presse reported May 9.

A complicated military and political situation has developed after the United States began deploying a missile defense system to South Korea, starting July 2016, in response to North Korean testing of ballistic missiles in the Yellow Sea area. China sees this as a violation of the military balance, and a threat to its own strategic military capabilities.

Last week, US officials said that the missile defense system has reached its basic level of operations; it is able to intercept North Korean missiles; however, numerical and functional expansion of the system is planned to take place within the upcoming year.

China’s opposition to the US Missile Defense System deployment agreement has moved beyond the diplomatic arena. There are reports of South Korean Lotte Group stores being vandalized, following its owner’s decision to provide its golf course as a deployment site for the Missile System. Additionally, tourists from South Korea have been denied entry into the PRC.

Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman concerned by biased US media

The diplomatic official said that “neither serious nor joking approach could stop the stream of questions from American journalists who did not understand anymore how senseless it was to ask another state’s foreign minister to explain the reasons of an appointment in their country; this suggests that the media are greatly prejudiced, that they cannot think critically, and that they are controlled by certain political groups.”

Maria Zakharova also expressed concern over further evolution of American media. “Considering their great influence over the global information space, this is our common problem,” the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry believes. “Having such powerful resources (of influence) on mass consciousness, one cannot lapse to an intellectual failure like that.”

Essence of Time. Chapter 4

If we are to talk about what the enemy did with Russia; then of course, he tried out technologies on it, meant to reverse historical time. Remember, long ago Georgi Dimitrov yelled at his trial, “The wheel of history moves on… and neither any measures of extermination, nor prisons or death sentences will be able to stop this wheel!” But they managed to stop and to reverse it! When they “broke the spine”, when they “threw time out of joint”, time went into reverse. And it is moving in the opposite direction.

We are falling into new middle ages, which is not the Middle Ages in their higher sense, because the Middle Ages were moving in an ascending historical current, while we are moving in a descending one. We will fall into slavery, which also will not be slavery in the strict sense of the word, because the slavery of ancient times moved in an ascending current, while the present-day slavery will move in a descending one.
