Last night, Ukrainian military shelled suburbs of Donetsk and the villages in the south of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), a source in DPR People’s Militia informed a Rossa Primavera Information Agency reporter.
Around midnight, the Ukrainian artillery opened fire on the north-western suburbs of Donetsk. The shelling continued for an hour. During the past night, the Ukrainian army shelled the villages of Sakhanka, Kominternovo, Dzerzhinskoye, and Leninskoye of Novoazovsky district of DPR. There is no information on destruction and victims. In the morning, February 6th, the situation was calm on the Donetsk and Gorlovka directions.
Rossa Primavera Information Agency earlier informed that the Ukrainian army has substantially increased its troop strength along the contact line. According to DPR People’s Militia intelligence, the Ukrainian military is preparing an offensive along the Gorlovka direction and heavy artillery shelling of DPR towns and villages along the whole front line.
