On January 24th, the source in Essence of Time unit reported that the Ukrainian military continues to increase the intensity of the shellings of the front-line territories of Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
In the north of the Republic, the Ukrainian army shelled Gorlovka town, Zaytsevo, Zheleznaya Balka, and Mikhaylovka villages using mortars, grenade launchers, and small arms. Two houses were damaged in Zaytsevo village.
On the Donetsk direction, the Ukrainian army shelled Verhnetoretskoe village, Yasinovataya town, Spartak, Vasilievka, Zhabichevo, Trudovskiye, Staromikhaylovka, Signalnoye, and Aleksandrovka villages. The Kiev junta punitive forces used heavy artillery, mortars, grenade launchers, infantry fighting vehicles, and small arms.
To the south of Donetsk city, the Ukrainian army units shelled Elenovka and Luganskoye villages. In these villages, 913 subscribers were left without electricity. A house was damaged in Elenovka village.
On the Mariupol direction, Sakhanka, Leninskoye, and Kominternovo villages were shelled by the Ukrainian artillery and mortars.
DPR People’s Militia recon spotted 17 trucks with ammunition near Sladkoye village. 8-car train with the Ukrainian personnel was registered at the railway station of Olginka village. There was also information on the arrival of a Reconnaissance Platoon to perform combat tasks at the territory of DPR.
According to updated information, yesterday, on January 23rd, the Ukrainian military criminals violated the ceasefire 1,278 times. The enemy fired 180 152mm and 122mm artillery shells, 308 120mm and 82mm mortar shells and 707 grenades of various calibre. The Ukrainian military actively used infantry fighting vehicles and small arms.
