Yesterday took place the meeting between students of Donetsk National Technical University and veterans of Vostok brigade who graduated from this university. Among those who came were callsign Medved’s soldiers — heroes of the defense of Saur-Mogila, and Essence of Time unit servicemen.
The main topic of the meeting – defense of Saur-Mogila. The documentary “Donbass. Saur-Mogila. The Unfinished Battle” by Russian directors Aleksei Elistratov and Ildar Yakubov was screened. One of the participants of those battles, a well-known bard Oleg Veter, sang a number of songs. The auditorium was full, many had tears on their eyes by the end of the movie. How students feel like about their defenders was visible — guys approached the soldiers to ask questions, shook their hands and wished them luck.
