The situation on the frontline continues to escalate. In the past 24 hours Ukrainian army fired approximately 130 shells at frontline areas of Donetsk People’s Republic.
It was relatively calm today in the area of Gorlovka. Towns and villages on the Donetsk direction were the main targets of the enemy: western outskirts of Yasinovataya, airport, “Volvo-Center”, Zhabichevo and Staromikhailovka villages and Petrovsky district of Donetsk. Dokuchaevsk and Sakhanka village on Mariupol direction were also shelled. There was no information regarding casualties or destruction.
DPR recon registered positions of four long-range self-propelled “Pion” artillery guns and eight self-propelled “Akatsiya” guns.
