During the past day Ukrainian army fired over 300 shells at the territory of Donetsk People’s Republic. 35 houses and infrastructure buildings were damaged. Two civilians were injured in the Republic.
Zaytsevo village and Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka were shelled during the night. Trench combat took place on the south-west of the city in the morning.
Donetsk direction remains to be one of the hottest ones. Kievsky, Petrovsky and Kirovsky districts of the city were under Ukrainian army fire. Several shells hit Zasyadko mine territory. Power lines and gas pipes, several houses and two apartment buildings were damaged in Petrovsky and Kievsky districts. Two women were injured in the same districts, one of them was hospitalized. Mineralnoye village and north-western outskirts of Makeevka were also shelled. Trench combat of varying intensity continues in the area of Yasinovataya checkpoint, Spartak village and “Volvo-Center”.
Elenovka, Dokuchaevsk and Molodezhnoye village were shelled on Dokuchaevsk direction. Houses were reportedly hit. The buildings of Volnovakha penal colony were damaged.
Sosnovskoye, Kominternovo and Sakhanka villages were shelled by punitive forces on the Mariupol direction. Two gas pipelines are damaged in Kominternovo.
Republic’s recon registered positions of six “Gvozdika” self-propelled guns (SPG), four “Akatsiya” SPGs were discovered near Svetlodarsk. Up to a company of armed men dressed in DPR servicemen uniform were spotted moving near Ukrainian-controlled Avdeevka. The threat of sabotage is high. It is also reported that a female sabotage group was sent to the Republic to gather intelligence and recruiting intelligence service officers.
