“OSCE monitors, for some reasons, refuse to register the Ukrainian army weaponry, tanks, and artillery banned by Minsk Agreements in the buffer zone, as well as carrying out engineering work in Shyrokino, Vodyanoe, Pavlopol, Gnutovo, Zaitsevo villages. People, who cross the checkpoints, see everything with their own eyes, and fear these punitive forces’ preparations for the next round of military actions,”- Eduard Basurin stated.
