Two thousand armed Syrian militants head from Turkey to Aleppo

18.02.2016, Aleppo.

Two thousand Syrian militants with weapons and military hardware have cross the Turkish border and entered Syria, Reuters reported on February 18.

They are supposed to join other militants fighting Kurdish forces over the control over the Turkish-Syrian border. They are heading to A’zaz town, northern Aleppo province. The agency notes that the path through Turkey is the only one the militants can take, since the Syrian army has cut off the existing supply routes of the terrorists.
