Source: Turkish artillery shelled Kurdish militia barracks in Syria

Barrack of Kurdish self-defense forces in Afrin town north-west of Aleppo got shelled by Turkish artillery, a source in the militia claimed, RIA Novosti reports.

According to the source, a number of Kurdish militia members got injured.

Earlier it was reported that 29 Kurdish militia members died in the Turkish shelling of Syrian A’zaz town north of Aleppo on Sunday. Turkey used 155mm “Firtina” self-propelled artillery guns.
