“According to our intelligence, Ukrainian security forces are preparing a provocation, shelling their own residential areas located on Mariupol direction” – Donetsk People’s Republic Deputy Defense Minister Eduard Basurin announced.
“This provocation with civilian casualties aims to reiterate the events of January 24, 2015 when Ukrainian Army had shelled Mariupol city by Grad multiple-launch rocket systems and then put the blame on the DPR Army, – Basurin emphasized, – Ukrainian officials need such provocations as a justification to unleash their new aggression against Donbass.”
