Denis Pushilin, DPR permanent representative on Minsk talks, declared that a confederation must be created in Ukraine.
“EU ambassador Jan Tombinski is right in many ways when he says that Ukraine’s Constitution must be fully changed. It is true that all changes in the Ukrainian Constitution in the past 10-15 years had to do only with political ambitions of political forces in power. There was a struggle between branches of authority, not more than that,” Donetsk News Agency quotes Pushilin.
“As even the American friends of Ukraine already point out, the solution of the situation at hand for the country, as well as the way of preventing full dissolution of the country, can only be a confederation,” Pushilin added.
